Delivery Charges
Nationwide delivery is not free. Delivery charges apply to orders requiring delivery and vary depending on the customer's destination and the applicable transport or courier rates.

The applicable delivery arrangements and charges will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.
Delivery Timeline
Standard order fulfillment and delivery takes up to 72 hours from the time of purchase, depending on the purchase time, destination and delivery arrangements.

Customer Delivery Information

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable.

Once payment has been made and the product has been accepted by the customer, the purchase is considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Walk-In / In-Store Pickup
Customers who select Walk-in / In-Store Pickup are not subject to the delivery notification or delivery charges applicable to delivery orders.
Pickup Hold Period
Confirmed walk-in/pickup orders will be held for a maximum of 7 days from the agreed pickup date or order confirmation.
Unclaimed Orders
If an order remains uncollected after the 7-day holding period, Solace Wigs, Extensions will contact the customer to arrange local delivery where applicable.
Any local delivery arranged for an unclaimed order will be subject to an applicable delivery charge, which will be communicated to the customer before delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information so that Solace can contact them regarding uncollected orders.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide accurate information when placing an order and to review product details before purchase.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate name, phone number and delivery information.
- Selecting the correct region and town.
- Providing accurate preferred transport company and receiving station/hub details where delivery is required.

Delivery & Return Policy Acknowledgment

- Nationwide delivery is paid and not free.
- Delivery charges vary depending on destination and applicable transport rates.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and receiving-station information.
- The customer must inspect the product upon arrival before making payment.
